Kristine Duba

I have been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 5 years and am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle! I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science through AMU, American Military University, and am currently finishing my Master of Science degree in Sports Management. I enjoy teaching fitness classes and some of my favorites are: spin, zumba, pilates, strength training and core strengthening. I am a former competitive gymnast and began competing in fitness and figure in 2012. Through hard work and persistency, I have successfully won multiple first place and overall titles in both divisions. I’m currently training as a national level fitness competitor in hopes of winning my pro card and becoming an IFBB Fitness Pro.
