I have been an athlete my entire life participating in a range of sports including gymnastics, softball, lacrosse, and hockey.  My passion for fitness was re-kindled after the birth of my second daughter.  Unhappy with how pregnancy had changed my body, I began training again and got into the best shape of my life.  I first competed in the spring of 2011 and have never looked back.
