Lauren is a National Physique Committee (NPC) bikini competitor and aspiring fitness model/spokesperson. She placed fifth at her first show in June of 2012 and has a strong desire to continue to share her passion for living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Lauren’s health and fitness journey began back in 2009 when she reached 170 pounds at 5’2”. Knowing the health risks of obesity, she decided to make a change, set goals to stay on track, and hasn’t looked back ever since. Her best words of advice to anyone who thinks they “can’t”……BELIEVE! Commitment to health and fitness is a lifestyle choice. Aesthetics are merely a bonus…the feeling inside cannot be matched.
